Innkeepers are people persons but many don’t feel comfortable with business networking. One question you may ask yourself is, “Do I feel comfortable or unsure of myself in a business network setting or social event?”
One of the key elements of successfully navigating that environment is casual conversation. It’s an essential skill in today’s fast-paced business world. This webinar will offer tips, advice and how to refine skills in “business casual” conversation. From “how to easily break into conversation,” to “the importance of the quick ‘elevator speech’ (2 minutes).” You’ll learn examples of both good and bad networking techniques. You’ll also leave with practical takeaways include conversational tips Innkeepers can use in any casual business or social event to comfortably network with other business people. In-person networking is just as, if not more, important then social networking for getting guests in the door.
