   Back in the day, there were B&B/Inn guide books written by dedicated folks like Sandra Soule (who is now with BedandBreakfast.com). She would probably tell you that it was not very financially rewarding.

   There are still opportunities for free-lance travel writers to sell articles to travel sections of newspapers and magazines.

   Select Registry uses an independent company to perform its quality assurance inspections. You could contact that company about being an inspector.

   We advertise on iloveinns.com as of May of this year. We are in a mildly competitive area on their site, there are about a half dozen inns listed in our region. Since May we received 42 click throughs to our website from this one. The visitors viewed an average of 5 pages and spent an average of 5 minutes on our site. Of those there were 3 who followed our preset conversion path and became a reservation. (This does not account for others that may have become a reservation through alternate paths i.e. phone sale, return visit to our site or booking directly via an alternate channel).

   We are a homestay in Delhi India. We visited iloveinns.com but they do not have listing for India and asia. They should try to put listing in Asia region too as the travel is also increasing in Asia.

   Otherwise they are really nice site.
