Subject: Start-up VT Innkeepers Association needs some help

A new Vermont Innkeepers Association (actual name TBD) is in the very early stages of organizing. Rather than reinvent the wheel, we'd love to collect some useful documents for their perusal, copying, etc.

If you have what you think is a solid set of by-laws, please email them to me at jay@paii.org. Same for articles of incorporation, a document or web link that shows your dues amounts and respective benefits. I'll pass it all along to the Vermont organizers, as well as post them to the Key Leaders library for future access.

PA is in a similar position as VT.

The B&Bs have been under the umbrella of the PA Tourism & Lodging Association (PTLA). PTLA has worked well for us in the past because it provided a lobbyist and staff. But new developments with PTLA have caused us to begin the process of forming an independent state B&B Association.

Thanks to you have responded to Jay's request. I hope to be reviewing those items too!

Would it not be appropriate to upload state association bylaws to PAII's document file???? ...just asking...
