So, have you checked out the new PAII web site at www.innkeeping.org yet? Take a few minutes to explore. We've made some big changes. For the two years I've been on board, I've always known that our old web site was a real liability. It took many months to find the right technology partner, and many more months building the site and getting all the data moved over.

One in particular stands out. She once told me that she would stand at the doorway of a room after she was finished cleaning and ‘critique’ her work. If anything was off kilter, a dust ruffle, an area rug, a curtain, she would see it as she scanned the room with her eyes. As an innkeeper, you can also use this same technique to know when it is time to refresh a ‘tired’ room. Read On
